Payment: Payments are accepted via PayPal Invoice in EUR (€) only. Full prepayment is required before I start. No exceptions.
Refund Policy: Once the final file is delivered, no refunds are possible. Please be sure about your commission before confirming the order.
Requirements: Please provide clear visual references. For custom designs, send a detailed written description.
Turnaround Time: 1–3 weeks (usually faster).
Rights: I reserve the right to refuse any commission. I also retain the copyright to all artwork and reserve the right to post it in my portfolio and social media, unless a "Private/Hidden Commission" add-on has been purchased.
The Process: You will receive updates at every stage: Sketch → Line & Flat Colors → Final Render.
Revisions: Sketch stage — 3 major changes. Lineart stage — 2 minor changes. Final Render — no changes allowed.
Communication: Please be direct and clear about what you want.
